The
Evergreen Rodeo Parade begins the fun of
rodeo weekend in Evergreen. Each year, up to 100 marching
bands, floats, horses, carriages, antique cars and farm equipment
pass by the lake and through downtown Evergreen. Local friends
join with entries from the entire Front Range. Our judges
will award first through third places and a cash prize to
the biggest crowd pleaser.
Can’t
put together your own float? Join as many as 1,500 spectators
lining the streets to see bullfighters, rodeo clowns and Wild
West frontiersmen like Buffalo Bill. Come early to downtown
for the Main Street Celebration! Festivities begin at 9:00am
with bucking bull rides, pony rides for the kids, martial
arts, belly dancing demos, and more! Enjoy fabulous food,
drinks and store sales. Hosted by the Evergreen Downtown Business
Association.

The
Kiwanis is hosting a pancake breakfast before the parade and
the area breakfast places will also be open. It's the most
important meal of the day, so come early to eat some pancakes
and stake out your seat!
